Hello There!
My name is Monica Haines and I am a Latinx artist and designer based in St. Louis, MO. I recently graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design and a certificate in Illustration from Webster University.
One of my main motivators in all of the works I create is navigating the fine line between graphic design and fine art. Whether it's through making digital works feel more physical and organic, or introducing typography and design principals into paintings and illustrations, I try to experiment with each piece I make. I aim at creating an emotional connection with my audience in all of my art and designs.
Recently, I have been working on screen printing projects, paintings, and digital illustrations while beginning my professional journey in the field of graphic design.
